The City Council of the City of Azusa riet in rer,ular
session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Owens, Bradshaw,
Morden, Malone, City Attorney Miller and City Clerk.
Absent: Hone.
Each member Dresent acknowledged receipt of a writ-
ten copy of the minutes of December 7, 1942. The
Mayor asked if there were any objections or corrections
to said minutes. There being none, the minutes of the
' regular meeting of December 7, 1942 were approved as
written.
Moved by Councilmen Owens, seconded by Councilman
Bradshaw, the Clerk be instructed to advertise for
bids on all, or any part of the City's annual re-
quirements of gasoline.
Carried by the following vote of the Council:
Ayes: Councilmen: Owens, Bradshaw, Morden, Malone.
Noes: None. Absent: None.
Councilman Brodshaw offered a Resolution entitled:

sealed bids in answer to Notice Calling for 'Bids on
a police car.
Moved by Councilman Bradshaw, seconded by Councilman
Morden, the bids be now opened, examined and publicly
declared.

office of councilman to fill the vacancy caused by
