MONDAY JANUARY 10, 1944. 7:00 P.5 The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular adjourned session at the above time and place. Present at roll call: Lamm, Bradshaw, Morden, Miller and City Clerk. Councilmen: Owens, Malone, City Attorney Absent: None. Councilman Morden offered a Resolution entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, ' FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN CITY EMPLOYEES DEFINING THEIR EMPLOYMENT, ETC. Moved by Councilman Bradshaw, seconded by Councilman Owens, this Resolution be adopted as read and numbered Resolution No. 1812. Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Owens, Lamm, Bradshaw, Morden, Malone. Noes: None. Absent: None. Councilman Morden offered a Resolution entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR FURNISHING TRANSFORMERS AND OTHER APPURTENANCES FOR A SUBSTATION TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT THE PLANT OF THE AMERICAN CYANAMID AND CHEMICAL CORPORATION WITHIN SAID CITY. Moved by Councilman Owens, seconded by Council- man Lamm, this Resolution be adopted as read and numbered Resolution No. 1813. Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Owens, Lemm, Bradshaw, ' Morden, Malone. Noes: None. Absent: None.
