The City Council of the City of Azusa met in
regular session at the above time and''place.
Present stroll call: Councilmen: Owens,
Lemm, Bradshaw, Morden,•Malone, City Attorney, ROLL CALL
Miller and City Clerk. Absent: None.
Mr. Weaver of the United States War Depart-
ment, Office of Division Engineers offered
a certain easement for Council's consider-
ation.
Moved by Councilman Owens, seconded by

A written protest against issuance of this
permit was offered by Mr. and Mrs. Robert
N. Torrence.
Mr. Grant appeared before Council and stated
that he had begun escrow prodeedings to
purchase the Property at #728 Azusa Avenue.
City Attorney Miller advised him to secure
location elsewhere as the school children
were obliged to pass the location he had
chosen.
Moved by Councilman Lamm, seconded
Malone, the City Clerk be directed
a copy of the protest to the State
Equalization.
Carried by the following vote of the Council:
Ayes: Councilmen: Owens, Lamm, Bradshaw,
Morden, Malone.

Tax had been delinquent the greatest number
of years, and these lots be presented to
John C. Bender to,proceed`under Tax Delin-
quent Law.
