The City Council of the City of Azusa met in Special Session at the above time and place. Present at roll call: Councilmen: Jumper, ROLL CALL Nasser, Memmesheimer, Lamm and City Clerk. Memmesheimer Walter Maione The petition of the Rainbow Angling Club, Inc. requesting an exception permitting the operation of a restaurant and for other purposes which is permissible under Section 11 of Ord. No. 342 of the City of Azusa which defines the privileges permitted in Zone C-2 on the property described as a portion of Lot 83, Sub. #2 Azusa Land and Water Company, was again presented. The letter from the Planning Commission dated August 20, 1947 recommending a zone variance from an R-1 to C-2 zone be granted to the Rainbow Angling Club far the reconstruction of present buildings, was read. Councilman Memmesheimer offered a resolution entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE.F_ROM AN,R-1 ZONE TO A C-2 ZONE TO THE RAINBOW ANGLING CLUB, INC. Moved by Councilman Nasser, seconded by Councilmen Jumper this resolution be adopted as read and numbered Resolution No. 22.xDe Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Nasser, Jumper, Memmesheimer, Lamm.
