CITY HALL, AZUSA, CALIFORNIA. WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 21, 1948. 7:00 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in
regular adjourned session at the above time
and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Jumper,
Dickerson, Malone, City Attorney Tscharner ROLL CALL
and City Clerk.
Absent: Councilmen: Nasser, Memmesheimer.
City Attorney Tscharner reported that he had
' approved the bid of Roscoe Moss Company for
the construction and test pumping of a twenty
inch dia. well. BID OF ROSCOE
MOSS APPROVED
Councilman Jumper offered a resolution entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 'OF
AZUSA APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE BID OF ROSCOE
MOSS COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TWENTY
INCH DIAMETER CASED WELL OF A DEPTH OF 500 FEET
MORE OR LESS IN THE CITY OF AZUSA AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN_AND ATTEST RESOLUTION NO.
THE CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION.OF SAID WELL 2181 ADOPTED
IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF AZUSA.
Moved by Councilman Dickerson, seconded by
Mayor Malone this resolution be adopted as
read and numbered Resolution No. 2181.
Carried by the following vote of the Council:
Ayes: Councilmen: Jumper, Dickerson, Malone.
Noes: None,
Absent: Councilmen: Nasser, Memmesheimer.
Moved by Councilman Dickerson, seconded by
I Councilman Jumper and duly carried Cound 1
adjourn.
