CITY HALL, AZUSA, CALIFORNIA. THURSDAY, JULY 81 1948. 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa met in
regular adjourned session at the above time
and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Nasser,
Memmesheimer, Malone, Jumper, City Attorney
and City Clerk. Absent: Councilman Ortuno.
City Attorney Tscharner read an agreement
between the City of Azusa and the San Gabriel
Valley Humane Society.
Moved by Councilman Malone, seconded by Council-
man Memmesheimer the Mayor and City Clerk be
instructed and authorized to sign the Agreement
between the City of Azusa and the San Gabriel
Valley Humane Society.
Carried by the following vote of the Council:
Ayes: Councilmen: Nasser, Memmesheimer,
Malone, Jumper.
Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Ortuno.
Moved by Councilman Malone, seconded by Council-
man Memmesheimmr and duly carried Council adjourn.

The City Council of the City of Azusa met in
Special Session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Nasser,
Ortuno, Memmesheimer, Malone, Jumper, City
Attorney Tscharner and City Clerk.
Absent: None.
The following Notice was read and signed. July 13, 1948.
We, the undersigned members of the Azusa City Council do hereby
call a Special Meeting of said Council and do hereby consent to the
holding of such SpeciAl Meeting, said meeting to be held at 8:30 P.M.
this day in the regular Council Chambers of said City Council and for
the purpose of considering complaints for failure of collecting gar-
bage by the Garbage Collector and for the further purpose of consider-
ing the question of serving notice on Jimmie Kazaroff, garbage
collector, to cancel the garbage contract dated July 1, 1948.
