CITY HALL, AZUSA, CALIFORNIA. THURSDAY, JULY 7, 1949. 9:00 A.M.
The City Council sitting as a Board of Equalization met at the
above time and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Nasser, Ortuno, Malone, Jumper,
City Attorney Tscharner and City Clerk.
Absent: Councilman Memmesheimer.
Verified application, for adjustment of assessment on his property
was filed by Paul E. Gardner. Mr. Gardner testified in connection
with his application.
' At 11:00 o'clock it was moved by Councilman Malone, seconded by
Councilman Ortuno and duly carried that the Board recess to meet
at 1:00 o'clock P.M. of said day.

The Board of Equalization reconvened at 1:00 o'clock P.M. at the
above time and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Ortuno, Memmesheimer, Malone,
City Attorney Tscharner and City Clerk.
Absent: Councilmen: Nasser and Jumper.
Verified applications for adjustment of assessments were filed by
the following: William R. Rozance and R. E. Davis. Both
petitioners were sworn and heard by the Board.
At 4:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, it was moved by Councilman Malone,
seconded by Councilman Memmesheimer and duly carried that the
Board meet on July 8, 1949 at 9:00 o'clock A.M.

The City Council sitting as a Board of Equalization met at the
above time and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Malone, 'Memmesheimer, Jumper,
City Clerk.
Absent: Councilmen: Nasser and Ortuno and City Attorney Tscharner.
Applications for reduction of assessment were filed by W. Wesley
Klopfer and others. All applicants desiring to be heard in support
of their applications were heard by the Board.
At 11:30 A.M. it was moved by Councilman Memmesheimer, seconded by
Councilman Malone and duly carried that the Board recess to meet
at 1:00 o'clock P.M. of said day.

Sworn applications for reduction and adjustment of assessment were
executed and filed and all applicants desiring to be heard were
heard by the Board.
At 4:00 o'clock P.M. it was moved by Councilman Ortuno, seconded by
Councilman Malone and duly carried, that the Board adjourn to
meet Saturday, July 9, 1919 at 9:00 o'clo k A.M
