Present at roll call: Councilmen: Ortuno, Memmesheimer, Malone, Jumper, City Clerk. Absent: Councilman Nasser and,City Attorney Tscharner. After further discussion and consideration on the part of the Board, it was decided to make every reasonable attempt to equalize the taxes and all properties in the City. That in so doing, the members of the Board should visit the different sections of the City and the properties and improvements as much as possible and in considering equalizations take into consideration the present fair market value, age, and.consequent depreciation of improvements, condition of repair, annual yield if any, replacement cost, and further, in arriving at equalizations to give some consideration to County assessment. On motion by Councilman Malone, seconded by Councilman Memmesheimer and duly carried the Board adjournedto meet again on Friday, July 229 1949 at 7:30 P.M. , CITY HALL, AZUSA, CALIFORNIA. FRIDAY, JULY 229 1949. 7:30 P.M. The City Council met as a Board of Equalization met at the above time and place. Present at roll call: Councilmen: Ortuno, Memmesheimer, Malone, Jumper and City Clerk. Absent: Councilman Nasser and City Attorney. The different members of the Council reported on properties examined and discussed adjusted assessments and examined the reports of assistants who had been employed to aid the Board in connection with the work of equalization. It was moved by Councilman Malone, seconded by Councilman Ortuno and duly carried the Board adjourn to meet again Tuesday, July 26, 1949 at 7:30 P. M. Clerk of the Board W Equalization CITY HALL, AZUSA, CALIFORNIA. TUESDAY, JULY 260 1949. 7:30 P.M. The City Council sitting as a Board of Equalization met at the above time and place. Present at roll call: Councilmen: Ortuno, Memmesheimer, Malone, Jumper, Nasser, City Attorney Tscharner and City Clerk. Absent: None. Further reports as to adjusted valuations were received, reports of the auditor and the work of his assistants were received and considered by the Board of Equalization. Further adjustments were discussed and agreed upon. The Assessment Roll was examined and valuations as adjusted considered and entered. It was moved by Councilman Malone, seconded by Councilman Ortuno that the Board adjourn to meet on Thursday, July 289 1949s at 7:30 P. M. CITY HALL, AZUSA, CALIFORNIA.
