Restrictions require residential lots
bordering on the north side of Broadway
' Road have an entrance from the north
rather than the south due to the fact
that Broadway Road is a narrow street
and on the north side of the street a
gutter or water way leading into Little
Dalton Wash would constitute a hazard.
