RESOLUTION NO. 4431-a
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA FINDING AND DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY
PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST SOUTHERLY
ANNEXATION DISTRICT NO. 41 (REVISED).
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa does
hereby find and declare that on December 3, 1962, Resolution
No. 4421 was duly adopted by the City Council initiating proceed-
ings for the annexation to the City of Azusa of certain unin-
habited territory therein described and fixing the 21st day of
January, 1963, as the date for the hearing thereon; that proper
notice of the said proceedings and said hearing was duly given
and published; that said hearing was duly held on January 21,
1963; that a majority protest was not made or presented against
said proposed annexation; and that ten days have not elapsed
after the said hearing.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 21st day of January, 1963.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of January, 1963,
by the following vote of Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Memmesheimer, Cooney, Jackson, McLees, Ortuno
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
