This action approves Personnel Action Requests reviewed and recommended by the Personnel Board. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the City Council take the following actions: 1)Approve the following Personnel Action Requests in accordance with the City of Azusa Civil Service Rules Section 5.7.5 and applicable Memorandum of Understanding(s). DISCUSSION: The Personnel Board reviewed the following recommendations of City Staff and approved the following actions in accordance with the City of Azusa Civil Service Rules Section(s) 4.2.4 Merit Salary Adjustments and 5.8 Probationary Period: A.MERIT INCREASE AND/OR REGULAR APPOINTMENT DEPARTMENT NAME CLASSIFICATION TYPE OF ACTION / EFFECTIVE DATE RANGE/STEP BASE MO. Finance Michelle Honis Assistant Director of Finance Merit Increase Regular Appointment 10/10/2017 3344/2 $7,087.75 APPROVED CITY COUNCIL 3/19/2018 Human Resources Action Items March 19, 2018 Page 2 B. PROMOTION – The following promotional appointment has been requested by the appropriate Department Head pursuant to the Rules of the Civil Service System. C. SALARY ADJUSTMENTS: The Personnel Board reviewed the following recommendations of City Staff and approved the following actions in accordance with the City of Azusa Civil Service Rules Section 4.2 Administration of Plan: FISCAL IMPACT: There is no fiscal impact as positions listed are funded in approved department budgets.
