C. REPORT REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH SB 415 AND REQUIRED CHANGES IN
MUNICIPAL ELECTION DATES.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Review, discuss and provide direction concerning compliance with SB 415 - A bill requiring cities to
move their election dates to either the statewide primary or general election dates in even numbered
years.

to participate in a city meeting, please contact the City Clerk at 626-812-5229. Notification three (3)
working days prior to the meeting when special services are needed will assist staff in assuring that
reasonable arrangements can be made to provide access to the meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Joint Meeting of the City Council is hereby called pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956, to be held on Monday, June 26, 2017, at 6:30 p.m., Following Utility
