REPORT REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH SB 415 AND REQUIRED CHANGES IN MUNICIPAL ELECTION DATES. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Review, discuss and provide direction concerning compliance with SB 415 - A bill requiring cities to move their election dates to either the statewide primary or general election dates in even numbered years. 06/26/2017 1 D. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.
