SUBJECT: REQUEST TO CANCEL JANUARY 17, 2017 REGULAR CITY COUNCIL
MEETING DUE TO A LACK OF BUSINESS
SUMMARY:
Due to an anticipated lack of business, the January 17, 2017 Regular City Council Meeting is requested to
be canceled.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council take the following action:
1) Cancel the scheduled City Council Meeting of January 17, 2017.
DISCUSSION:
The second January Regular City Council meeting is scheduled for January 17th. Due to an anticipated
lack of business, Staff is recommending that the City Council cancel January 17, 2017 City Council
Meeting. The next scheduled City Council meeting is Monday, February 6, 2017.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact associated with the recommended action.
