in regular session at the above time and
place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Jackson,
Ortuno, Seltzer, Memmesheimer, Jones, City
Attorney Snidow and City Clerk. Absent: None ROLL CALL
Each member present acknowledged receipt of
a written copy of the minutes of the regular
meeting of February 4, 1952. The Mayor asked
if there were any objections or corrections
to said minutes. There being none, the minutes MINUTES APPROVED

of February 4, 1952 were approved as written.
The Clerk announced that nine bids had been
received in answer to Notice Inviting Bids
on fence material.

The Park and Recreation Commission
•:;, recommended the removal of a sycamore
tree in the parkway at 10.7 N. Azusa Avenue.
Moved by Councilman Ortuno, seconded by
Councilman Memmesheimer the recommendation REMOVAL OF TREE
of the Park and Recreation Commission be
accepted and the Street Superintendent be
instructed to remove the tree.

The Park and Recreation Commission recommend-

ESTABLISHING A RECONNECTION CHARGE°, AND
ADOPTING A NEW SECTION TO BE DESIONATED.AS

The title of this ordinance was then read.
