The assessment commenced on May 26, 2016 and is expected to be completed by the end of August, 2016. By March 2016 City Manager and Public Works Director Update City’s Pavement Condition Index (PCI) for all arterial streets and prepare a financial plan to ensure the sustainability of City’s streets system X Pavement Management System was completed May 4, 2016. Responsibility for downtown landscape maintenance has been transferred to Public Works. Public Works will soon begin to replace all damaged sidewalk tiles.
