However, there is one action item that requires approval by the City Council. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council take the following action: 1)Approve the following Personnel Action Requests in accordance with the City of Azusa Civil Service Rules and applicable Memorandum of Understanding(s). DISCUSSION: A.PROMOTION: The following promotions have been requested by the Police Chief pursuant to the Rules of the Civil Service System.
