working days prior to the meeting when special services are needed will assist staff in assuring that
reasonable arrangements can be made to provide access to the meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council is hereby called
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, to be held on Monday, January 25, 2016,
immediately following the Utility Board Meeting which begins at 6:30 p.m., at the Azusa Light
and Water Conference Room, located at 729 N. Azusa Avenue, Azusa, California, for the
purpose of considering the following:
