Flag Salute B. PUBLIC COMMENT. DATE AND TIME: Tuesday, January 30, 2018 5:00 P.M. Persons who wish to speak during the Public Comment shall fill out a card requesting to speak and shall submit it to the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. Each person or representative of a group shall be allowed to speak without interruption for up to three (3) continuous minutes. Pursuant to the Brown Act (California Government Code, Section 54950 et seq.), no matter shall be acted upon by the Oversight Board unless listed on the agenda posted prior to the meeting. C.- AGENDA ITEMS. 1. RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF AUGUST 30, 2017. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 2018-OBO1, approving the minutes of the special meeting of August 30, 2018. D. SCHEDULED ITEMS. 1. APPROVAL OF RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR JULY 1, 2018 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2019 AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 2018-OB02, approving and adopting the "Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule" for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 (ROPS 18-19) pursuant to AB x126 as amended by AB 1484; and Adopt Resolution No. 2018-OB03, approving and adopting the proposed Administrative Budget for July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. E. BOARD MEMBER/STAFF COMMENTS. F. ADJOURNMENT. 1. Adjourn.
