Persons who wish to speak during the Public Comment shall fill out a card requesting to speak and shall submit it to
the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. Each person or representative of a group shall be allowed to speak
without interruption for up to three (3) continuous minutes. Pursuant to the Brown Act (California Government Code,
Section 54950 et seq.), no matter shall be acted upon by the Oversight Board unless listed on the agenda posted prior
to the meeting.

1. RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF
JULV 26, 20I7.
Recommended Action:
Adopt Resolution No. 2017-01312, approving the minutes of the regular meeting of July 26, 2017.
D. SCHEDULED ITEMS.
1. APPROVAL OF QUITCLAIM DEED CONVEYING ASSESSOR PARCEL NO. 8605-015-907 FROM
THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE CITY OF AZUSA IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY OF
AZUSA'S SUCCESSOR AGENCY LONG RANGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLAN.
Recommended Action:
Adopt Resolution No. 2017 -OB 13 approving the Quitclaim Deed conveying Assessor Parcel No. 8605-015-907
from the Successor Agency to the City of Azusa in compliance with the City of Azusa Successor Agency's long
range property management plan recommendations.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Oversight Board of the Successor Agency to the
former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa is hereby called pursuant to Government Code Section
54956, to be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. in the Azusa Light and Water Conference
