Persons who wish to speak during the Public Comment shall fill out a card requesting to speak and shall submit it to
the City Clerkprior to the start of the meeting. Each person or representative of a group shall be allowed to speak
without interruption for up to three (3) continuous minutes. Pursuant to the Brown Act (California Government Code,
Section 54950 et seq.), no matter shall be acted upon by the Oversight Board unless listed on the agendapostedprior
to the meeting.
C. AGENDA ITEMS.
1. RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF
FEBRUARY 1 2017.
Recommended Action:
Adopt Resolution No. 2017-OB03, approving the minutes of the special meeting of February 1, 2017.
D. SCHEDULED ITEMS.
1. APPROVAL OF RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND ADMINISTRATIVE
BUDGET FOR JULY 1 2017 THROUGH JUNE.30 2018 AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS.
Recommended Action:
Adopt Resolution No. 2017-OB04, approving and adopting the "Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule" for
the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 (ROPS 17-18) pursuant to AB x126 as amended by AB 1484;
and Adopt Resolution No. 2017-OB05, approving and adopting the proposed Administrative Budget for July 1,
2017 through June 30, 2018.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Oversight Board of the Successor
Agency to the former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa is hereby called pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956, to be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. in
the Azusa Light and Water Conference Room, located at 729 N. Azusa Avenue, Azusa,
California, for the purpose of considering the following:
