PRELIMINARY BUSINESS. 1. Call to Order 2. Roll Call 3. Flag Salute B. PUBLIC COMMENT. Persons who wish to speak during the Public Comment shall fill out a card requesting to speak and shall submit it to the City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting. Each person or representative of a group shall be allowed to speak without interruption for up to three (3) continuous minutes. Pursuant to the Brown Act (California Government Code, Section 54950 et seq.), no matter shall be acted upon by the Oversight Board unless listed on the agenda posted prior to the meeting. C. AGENDA ITEMS. RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETINGS OF NOVEMBER 10, 2015 AND NOVEMBER 18, 2015. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. OB-1-2016, approving the minutes of the special meetings of November 10, 2015 and November 18, 2015. D. SCHEDULED ITEMS. 1. APPROVAL OF RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND ADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET FOR JULY 1, 2016 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2017 AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS. Recommended Action: Adopt the attached Resolution No. OB-11-2015, approving and adopting the “Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule” for the period of January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016 (ROPS 15-16B) pursuant to AB x1 26 as amended by AB 1484 and adopt the attached Resolution No. OB-12-2015, approving and adopting the proposed Administrative Budget for January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016. E. BOARD MEMBER COMMENTS. F. ADJOURNMENT. 1. Adjourn.
