The meeting was called to order at 5:33 p.m. by David Santellan. Pam Mercado led the CALL TO ORDER
group in the Pledge of Allegiance.
PRESENT: Condie Lopez, David Santellan, Rossana Helbert, Pam Mercado and Joe Torres ROLL CALL
STAFF: Joe Jacobs, Director of Recreation and Family Services Department
Roy Chavez, Parks Supervisor
ABSENT: Carlos Udria
Minutes of December 16, 2004,were approved as written on a motion by Pam Mercado, MINUTES APPROVED
seconded by Condie Lopez.
Consent calendar item #1-6 were approved with standard fees, conditions and/or CONSENT CALENDAR
modifications as noted on a motion by Pam Mercado, seconded by Joe Torres. ITEMS:
1. Request use of Memorial Park lounge every Wednesday from 7:00-8:30 p.m. by PUBLIC LANDS MPK
Barret Wetherby for a board of directors meeting. WED 7-8:30
2. Request use of Woman's Club on March 8, 2005 from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. by CITY CLERK OFFICE
City Clerks Office for a general municipal election. WOMAN'S CLUB 3/8
3. Request use of Memorial Park ball field on 2/5, 2/26, 3/12, 3/19, 4/23, 4/24,4/30, GILES MPK BALLFIELD

4. Request use of Memorial Park rooms 4 and 5 on January 30, 2005 from 1:00-7:00 ZAPATA MPK ROOMS

With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m. ADJOURN
Next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 3, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. at the NEXT MEETING 2/3/05
