The meeting was called to order at 5:3o p.m. by David Santellan; Pam Mercado led the group
in the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL

Roy Chavez, Recreation Superintendent, Park Division
Marc Gonzales, Recreation Superintendent, Programs&Services
Lenore Gonzales, Recreation Supervisor
Minutes of November 17, 2011,were approved on a motion by Pam Mercado, MINUTES APPROVED
seconded by Condie Lopez.
Consent calendar item #1-6, were approved with standard fees, conditions and/or CONSENT CALENDAR
modifications as noted,on a motion by Joe Torres, seconded by Pam Mercado. ITEMS:
1. Request use of North Recreation Center and Memorial Park gyms on from January 16 SINCLAIR MPK&NRC
to February 24, 2012 from 2:45 p.m. to 4:3o p.m. by Nolan Sinclair for basketball GYMS 1/16-2/24
games.
2. Request use of Memorial, Gladstone and Northside Park ball fields on January 14 and ORONA MPK, GPK&NPK
15, 2012 from 9:oo a.m.to 10:00 p.m. by Salvador Orona for baseball games. FIELD 1/14&15
3. Request use of Memorial Park NRC on May 5 or 12, 2012 from 4:oo p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
