PRESENT: Joe Torres, Rudy Garcia and Pam Mercado ROLL CALL STAFF: Joe Jacobs, Director of Recreation & Family Services Roy Chavez, Recreation Superintendent-Park Operations Marc Gonzales, Recreation Superintendent-Programs&Services EXCUSED: Rossana Helbert GUEST: Sofie Mercado Minutes of April 2, 2015,were approved by Pam Mercado seconded by Rudy Garcia. MINUTES APPROVED Consent calendar item #1-6, were approved with standard fees, conditions and/or CONSENT CALENDAR modifications, on a motion by Pam Mercado seconded by Rudy Garcia. Request use of Memorial Park NW Ball Field on April 22, 27 and May 4, 11, 13, 2015 SINCLAIR MPK NW from 2:45 p.m.to 4:10 p.m. by Nolan Sinclair for softball games. 2. Request use of Memorial Park gym on Saturdays from June 13 to August 8, 2015 from VERCHES MPK GYM 10:00 p.m.to 12:00 p.m. by Anthony Verches for basketball play. 3. Request use of Woman's Club on December 31, 2015 from 7:oo p.m. to too a.m. by GOMEZ WOMAN'S JoAnn Gomez, UMAYPA for scholarship fundraiser. CLUB 12131 4.
