Also submitted and read was the following etter by Chief McDonald: ' 'I respectfully request that Officer Rolf Nagnell, who is now acting as Assistant Chief of Police, be reinstated to his orig- inal Civil Service classification as Ser- geant and�be assigned to the motor squad effective September 16,1953."
