Minutes of the Regular Utility Board Meeting on September 24, 2018. Recommendation: 1) Approve minutes as written. D-1.1. 09-24-2018 Utility Board Minutes.p 2. Acceptance of Grant of Permanent Easement for Water Utility Purposes from Property Owner Meritage Homes of California Inc. for Tract 74512-1 Portions of Lot 1 & B, in the City Of Covina. Recommendation: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 2018-UB-04 accepting Grant of Permanent Easement or water utility purposes from property owner Meritage Homes of California, Inc. for Tract 74512-1 of Lot 1 & B in the City of Covina; 2) Acceptance of Grant of Permanent Easement for water utility purposes from property owner Meritage Homes of California, Inc. for Tract 74512- 1 of Lot 1 & B in the City of Covina; and 3) Authorize the City Clerk to file the easement documents in the Office of the Los Angeles County Recorder.
