Each person or representative of a group shall be allowed to speak without interruption for up to five (5) continuous minutes, subject to compliance with applicable meeting rules, on items listed on this agenda only. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION DECLARING A SHELTER CRISIS. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 2018-C63 Declaring a Shelter Crisis pursuant to Senate Bill 850 and California Government Code § 8698.2. D.
