The meeting was called to order at 5:23 p.m. in the Memorial Park lounge meeting CALL TO ORDER
room by President Pro-Tern Harry Hoke who then led the group in the Pledge of
Allegiance.
PRIeNT: Harry Hoke, David Santellan, Condie Lopez. John Sanchez, and
Chairperson Carolyn Crawford, Senior Services Manager.
OTHERS: Mayor Cristina Madrid; Joe Jacobs, Recreation Superintendent;
JoAnn Coppola, Head Start Coordinator.

Saturday, April 4, 1998 will be recital for recreation classes.

Senior Center celebrated the 20th Anniversary of the Azusa Senior Nutrition
Program on April 3, 1998.

The second formal bid process to replace play yard sand with another
approved substance closed with no bidders. JoAnn reports that she is
seeking individual bids and needs to have the one-time grant money
encumbered by June 30, 1998.
