F. Consent
1. Request from Liberty Candle Company to use City Park Gazebo area for a craft fair
on June 28, 19 and 30, 1996.
Recommendation: invite them to participate in Farmers Market craft fair and City
sponsored craft fairs.
2. Request from Recreation Division for use of City Hall front lawn area for 1996 Mother's
Day baby show on May 11, 1996 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and use of 5 tables, 3
EZ-ups, P.A. system and 200 chairs.
Recommendation: Approve
3. Request from Paul Hernandez to use Memorial Park room 5 and kitchen for family
party on May 26, 1996 from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Recommendation: Approve
4. Request from Azusa Historical Society for one 8' table and 20 chairs for Historical
Society hosting of a Foothill Cities Museums Curators meeting on May 4, 1996 from
8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Upon approval, Jess Enriquez should be notified and will pick
up and return equipment.
Recommendation: Approve
5. Tables request from Magnolia School for use of fun jail on May 10, 1996 for school
fund raiser. Commission requested a written report from Public Works Superintendent
on the condition and towing requirements of the fun jail.
