F. Consent
1. Request by Army National Guard to borrow 20 tables and 50 chairs on Saturday, April 4,
1998 from 5:00 to 11:00 p.m. for a military formal dinner.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve with standard conditions.
2. Request by Azusa High School ASB to use booths for fund raiser for after school sports at
Azusa High School. Food and game booth event to be held April 17, 1998 from 3:00 to
8:30 p.m.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve with standard condition.
3. Request by SGVMAA to use day camp room for General Membership Meeting on
Thursday, June 4, 1998 from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve with standard conditions.
4. Request by Mr.Miguel Laria to use Pioneer Park north area for a birthday party for a group
of 50 persons from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 1998.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve with standard conditions. Suggest that Mr. Laria go out
early and secure his area to avoid a conflict. Early is defined as 6:00 to 8:00 a.m.
5. Request from Azusa Head Start to use the gym on Friday, April 3, 1998 from 10:00 a.m. to
12 noon. Gladstone High School group is visiting the Head Start children with an Easter
Bunny visit.
RECOMMENDATION:Approve. Have children and adults remove their shoes while in gym.
G. Informational
1. Request by Anna Vasquez, a Head Start employee, to use the day camp meeting room
and kitchen on Saturday,March 28th from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m.was approved by Joe Jacobs
with appropriate fees. The request was dated March 23`d
2. Request on March 24th by Joe Jacobs to use the gym on Saturday, March 28th for SCMAF
Basketball. Event was held as requested.
3. Centennial activities update by Randy.
4. Budgets submitted to Finance Department by Division Leaders, brief reports from each
division.
5. Woman's Club fee schedule workshop report from Carolyn Crawford.
6. Program update by Division.

b. Seniors: Carolyn Crawford
c. Transportation: Peter MacKay
d. Head Start: JoAnn Coppola
e. Parks: Rich Rivera
H. Public Hearings
I. Other Business: Commission members and/or Council liaison.
