Call to Order B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Roll Call: Sandlin, Hoke, Torres, Santellan, McCormick, Lopez, Sanchez Community Services Chairperson: Carolyn Crawford, Senior Services Manager D. Approval of Minutes E. Ceremonial/Public Participation Presentation of information by Joe Hsu, Director Light &Water Department, "Deregulation of Electricity: Effect on Azusa Residents" F. Consent: 1. Request by Angie Vasquez to use Zacatecas Park for a birthday party on April 18 from 9:00 am -6:00 pm. Approx. attendance to be 30 persons. Wish to use a Moon Bounce -Liability Insurance information in process. RECOMMENDATION: Approve with standard conditions 2. Request by Lenore Gonzales, Staff, for use of the Memorial Park Gym, tables, chairs, P.A. System and Helium Tank for a Class Recital for Community Classes. Attendance anticipated between 100-200 persons. March 27, 1998. RECOMMENDATION: Approve with standard conditions 3. Request by Spanish Trails Girl Scout Council to use Pioneer Park- NE Section Group Area on April 19, 1998 from 2:00 -4:00 pm for a Father/Daughter Picnic Event for approx. 125 persons. RECOMMENDATION:Approve with standard conditions 4. Request by Joe Jacobs for Community Services Youth Basketball to hold tryouts in the Gymnasium on July 8, 1998 from 4:00 - 7:30 p.m. Approx. 100-150 persons. RECOMMENDATION: Approve with standard conditions. 5. Request from Arturo Cruz to use Pioneer Park, 12:00 to 7:00 p.m. for a Birthday Party. RECOMMENDATION:Approve with standard conditions. 6. Request from Anthony Granados to use the Gazebo for a Wedding. May 16, 1998, 2:00 p.m to 5:30 p.m. (approx. 100 people) RECOMMENDATION: Approve with standard conditions. 7. Request from Juan & Eva Uribe to use the day camp room for a Birthday Party, March 22, 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. RECOMMENDATION: Approve with standard conditions G. Informational 1. 2. 3.
