2/ Request from Senior Center to use the P.A. system on Saturday, May 15, 1999, from 8:00-10:00
a.m. for a walk-a-thon activity.
3. Request from Azusa National Little League to use 4 sets of bleachers on March 20, 1999, from
{O 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for Opening Day.
a 1 4. Request from Head start to use Memorial Park room #5 on April 23, 1999, from 3:00-6:00 p.m.
for a baby shower.
5 Request from the Rubio family of Azusa to use Pioneer Park on June 19, 1999, from 9:00 a.m. to
7:00 p.m. for a family party. Approximately 100 in the group.

!�. Request from Recreation Division to use the gym on March 26, 1999, from 3:00-9:00 p.m.to host
the Spring 1999 Dance Class Recital. Approximately 300 people are expected.
� 8. Request from Emilia Miranda of Azusa to use Memorial Park room #5 and kitchen on April 17,
0 1999, from 3:30-6:00 p.m. for a family baptismal dinner.

1. Discussion regarding the Azusa Recreation Division recreation program and assessment
discussion regarding what recreation program opportunities are currently offered and what
alternative could be offered.
