D-3. Amendment of Contract with IDS Group for Architectural
UB-147 APPROVED UTILITY BOARD 11/26/2018 UB-148 THIRD AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF AZUSA AND IDS GROUP, INC. FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES PARTIES AND DATE This third amendment to the Professional Services Agreement ("Amendment") is entered this 1st day of January, 2019, by and between the City of Azusa ("City") and IDS Group, Inc. ("Consultant"). RECITALS WHEREAS, the City and Consultant entered into a Professional Services Agreement dated July 25, 2016 ("Agreement") for Consultant to provide architectural and construction management (“Services”) to Azusa Light & Water for the Customer Service Lobby Remodel Project (“Project”); and WHEREAS, the Agreement between the parties was amended on November 27, 2017, and currently has a term which extends to December 31, 2018, and the Project is not complete due, in part, to more detailed Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) compliance requirements surfacing during design and construction planning phases; NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES DO HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: 1.Section 3.1.2 of the Agreement is hereby replaced, in its entirety, with the following: 3.1.2 Term. The term of this Agreement shall be from July 25, 2016, to June 30, 2019, unless earlier terminated as provided herein.
