AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA ADDING SECTION 10 . 08. 090
TO CHAPTER 10. 08 OF TITLE 10 RELATING TO
THE CONTROL OF ATTACK DOGS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Section 10. 08. 090 is added to
Chapter 10. 08 of Title 10 of the Azusa Municipal Code
to read as follows :
"Section 10 . 08. 090. Control of
Attack Dogs. No person owning
or having charge, care, custody,
or control of any dog which dog
has been trained to attack persons
or animals, shall, within the City,
cause, permit or allow the same to
be or run at large upon any private
property or premises including those
of the person owning or having
charge, care, or custody of such dog
except within such portion of such
property or premises which are
enclosed by a structure, fence or
wall not less than six (6) feet in
height. The fence, wall or structure
shall conform to requirements of the
City' s Zoning Ordinance. "
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same
to be published as required by law.

I, ADOLPH SOLIS, City Clerk of the City of Azusa,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2091 was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the 5th day of May ,
1980. That, thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and
passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the
19th day of May , 1980, by the following vote to wit:
AYES : COUNCILMEN: Decker, Fry, Cruz, Moses, Solem
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
