AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA REZONING CERTAIN PREMISES
(ZONE CHANGE CASE NO. Z 201 INVESTCAL
REALTY) .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find,
determine and declare that the change and amendment to the
zoning ordinance set forth below was duly initiated, that
notice of hearing thereof was duly given and published,
that public hearings thereon were duly held by the Plann-
ing Commission and by the City Council. The City Council
also finds that the public necessity, convenience, and
general welfare and good zoning practice require that the
following amendment and change be made.
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 19. 06. 010 of the Azusa Municipal Code and the
zoning map referred to therein the real property described
in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference is hereby placed and included in the R-3a
(Multiple Family Residential) zone.
SECTION 3. The City Council does hereby find and
declare that the change of zone for the property described
herein will not have a substantially adverse effect upon
the environment and a negative declaration has been prepared
in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act
of 1970 as amended and the State guidelines and is hereby
approved and adopted by the City Council.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published as required by law.
Passed and approved this 6th day of February ,
1978.

I, ADOLPH SOLIS, City Clerk, of the City of Azusa,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2048
was regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading
at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 16th day of
January , 1978. That thereafter, said Ordinance was
duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 6th day of February , 1978, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Decker, Fry, Cruz, Arkison, Solem
NOES: Councilmen: None

The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
in the City of Azusa, in the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
according to the Offical Plat of said land.
EXCEPT therefrom that portion of said land conveyed to the County of
Los Angeles by deed recorded in Book 477, Page 1, Official Records of
said County and described in said deed as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly prologation of the Westerly
line of Lot 10 of Tract No. 3472, as per map recorded in Book 42,
Pages 11 and 12 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
County, and a line parallel to and 33 feet Southerly, measured at right
anglesfrom the Southerly line of said Lot 10; thence Easterly along said
parallel line, a distance of 24.24 feet to the beginning of a curve
concave to the Southeast, having a radius of 24.37 feet and tangent
to said parallel line; thence Southwesterly along said curve 38.15
feet to the Southerly prolongation of the Westerly line of said Lot
10; thence Northerly tangent to said curve and along said Southerly
prolongation of the Westerly line of Lot 10, a distance of 24.24 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
