ORDINANCE NO. 1091
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA, AMENDING SECTION 15.36.020 OF THE AZUSA
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE USE OF MOBILE
HOMES, TRAILERS AND COACHES FOR COMMERCIAL,
OFFICE OR MANUFACTURING PURPOSES.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain
as follows :
SECTION 1. Section 15.36.020 of the Azusa Municipal
Code is amended to read:
"15.36.020. USE OF MOBILE HOMES FOR COMMERCIAL, ETC.,
PURPOSES.
The use of mobilehomes, trailers or coaches for office,
commercial or manufacturing purposes shall be limited to
temporary use only for a period of time not to exceed
six months.
Applications for temporary use permits shall be made to
the Planning Director. He shall issue the permit if he
finds that the proposed use complies with all applicable
zoning ordinances including setback requirements, parking
requirements and sign requirements. The permit shall not
authorize any utility hookups, except temporary telephone
or electrical service may be provided by means of a temp-
orary power pole.
An additional time period may be authorized after a public
hearing in each case under a Conditional Use Permit in
accordance with procedures stated in Chapter 19.60. "
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1091 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 18th day of November , 1974. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 2nd day of December , 1974,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen: Rubio, Solem, Cruz, Arkison, Decker
NOES : Councilmen : None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None

I do further certify that I caused said ordinance to be
published prior to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage
thereof in the Azusa Herald, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in the City of Azusa, on the
12th day of December , 1974, and that the same was published
in accordance with law.
