This action requests that the City Council extend the existing assignments to outside agencies, boards and committees for the period of April 2019 to March 2020 due to the Cities General Municipal Election being extend to March 2020 and approve the existing Sub-Committee and Ad-Hoc Committee appointments and make any changes the Council deems necessary. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the following: 1)Extend the existing assignments of outside Board and Committees for an additional one year period from April 2019 to March 2020; and 2)Affirm or modify the existing Sub-Committee and Ad-Hoc Committee appointments ANALYSIS: Every two years, the City Council assigns the Mayor or the Members of the Council to represent Azusa at the various outside Agency Boards and Committees. Some appointments are made by Resolution and others by the majority vote of the Mayor and City Council.
