AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY. (Zone Change Case No. Z-161 -
Soelberg)
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by
adding Section 9207.29 thereto to read:
"SECTION 9207.29. ZONE CHANGES.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9207 and the
zoning map referred to therein, the following described
premises located in the City of Azusa are herebylaced and
included in the R-3a (Multiple Family Residential) Zone, to
wit:
The Southerly 310 feet of the NE - of the NW v
of the SW u of Section 36, Township 1N, Range l0W,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of
Azusa;
EXCEPT, therefrom, the easterly 38.25 feet of said
land."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required
by law.
Passed and approved this 19th day of April , 1971.

I, DEAN KLARR, City Clerk of the City of Azusa, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1009 was regularly intro-
duced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 5th day of April , 1971. That, there-
after, said ordinance was duly adoped and passed at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 19th day of April , 1971, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Decker, Snyder, Clark, Solem
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT:Councilmen: None

I do further certify that I caused said ordinance to be
published prior to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage
thereof in the Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Azusa,
on the 28th day of April , 1971, and that the same was
published in accordance with law.
