HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 1023 ORDINANCE NO. 1023 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY. (Zone Change Case No. Z-1624) The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding Section 9207.32 thereto to read: "SECTION 9207.32. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9207 and the zoning map referred to therein, the following described premises located in the City of Azusa are hereby placed and included in the C-3 (General Commercial ) Zone, to wit: That certain property located on the northeast corner of Azusa Avenue and Gladstone Street and more particularly described in Zone Change Application No. Z-1624." SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
