Y { ORDINANCE NO. 976 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY SUBJECT TO ANNEXATION (NORTHERLY ANNEXATION DISTRICT NO. 67) The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows : SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new Section 9207.25 reading as follows: "SECTION 9207.25. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the following described premises are hereby placed and included in the Rlb Single Family Residential Zone effective upon annexation thereof to the City of Azusa, to wit: That certain real property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new Section 9207.26 reading as follows : "SECTION 9207.26. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the following described premises are hereby placed and including in the Ria Single Family Residential Zone effective upon annexation thereof to the City of Azusa, to wit: That certain real property described on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new Section 9207.27 reading as follows: "SECTION 9207.27. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map referred to therein, the following described premises are hereby placed and included in the RA 20,000 Zone effective upon annexation thereof to the City of Azusa, to wit: That certain real property described on Exhibit "C" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
