HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 968 V v ORDINANCE NO. 968 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO CERTAIN PARKING REQUIREMENTS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Upon recommendation of the Planning Commis- sion, Section 9230.51(b) (1) of the Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows : "1. For one-family dwellings in any zone, at least two parking spaces in a garage on the same lot with the main building for each dwelling unit. On those proper- ties where a single-family dwelling exists and the lot configuration or house location would preclude the construction of a two-car garage, the Planning Director may waive this requirement, after reviewing the plans. Report shall be made of each such action, to the Planning Commission. ' SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
