HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 930 ORDINANCE NO. 930 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA RELATING TO REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES INCURRED BY AN OPERATOR IN COLLECTING THE TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows : SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new Section 6404.1 which shall read as follows : "SECTION 6404.1 REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES OF COLLECTION. As reimbursement for expenses of collection, each operator may retain 15% of the dollar amount of taxes collected for the period of time commencing January 1, 1968 and ending March 31, 1968 only, and for no other period of time." SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.
