ORDINANCE NO. 911
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE TO RE-
ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY. (Z-142-Screwmatic, Inc. )
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as
follows :
SECTION 1. The Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended
by the addition thereto of a new Section 9207.14 which shall
read as follows :
"SECTION 9207.14. Zone Changes. Notwithstanding the
provisions of Section 9207 and the Zoning Map
referred to therein, the following described premises
located in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles,
are hereby placed and included in the P Residential
and Off-street Parking Zone, to wit:
That portion of Subdivision 2, Azusa Land and Water
Company beginning at a point east 660 feet north
40 feet from southwest corner of Lot 51 thence east
230 feet, thence north 290 feet, thence west 230
feet, thence south 230 feet to the point of beginning."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law.

1967.

I, JAMES MILLER, City Clerk of the City of Azusa, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 911 was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the 44th day of
December ,1967. That thereafter, said ordinance was
duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 18th day of December , 1967, by the following
vote, to wit :
AYES : Councilmen: Rubio, Calvert, Solem, McLees, Cooney
NOES : Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None

I do further certify that I caused said ordinance to be
published prior to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage
thereof in the Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
Azusa, on the 24th day of December , 1967, and that the
same was published in accordance with law.
