HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 909' 1 `, ftv ORDINANCE NO. 909 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING PROVISIONS OF SECTION 9206 OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF A BILLBOARD. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission and after due and proper notice and hearings before the Planning Commission and the City Council, Section 9206 of the Azusa Municipal Code is amended by the addition thereto in the proper alphabetical order the following definition: " " BILLBOARDS: " A billboard is defined as any sign usually designed for use with changing advertising copy, and which is normally used for the advertisemnet of goods produced or services rendered at locations other than the premises on which the sign is located; and which sign is not otherwise defined elsewhere in this Chapter." SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
