ORDINANCE NO. 891
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 9230.51
OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO REQUIRED
OFF-STREET PARKING FOR WAREHOUSING, INDUSTRIAL
AND MANUFACTURING USES.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Proper hearings having been held thereon by
the Planning Commission and City Council, after legal notice thereof,
and the following amendment having been recommended and approved,
Paragraph 10 of Subsection (b) of Section 9230.51 of the Azusa
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"10. For warehousing, industrial and manufacturing
establishments, and similar uses permitted in the M
zones, at least one parking space for each five
hundred square feet of gross floor area, or a portion
thereof in excess of two hundred and fifty square
feet provided, however, each warehousing, industrial
and manufacturing site shall have a minimum of six
parking spaces. The required parking spaces shall
be located on the same lot with the warehousing,
industrial, or manufacturing establishment or within
four hundred feet walking distance thereof."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published as required
by law.

1967.

I, JAMES MILLER, City Clerk of the City of Azusa, do hereby
certify that the above Ordinance No. 891 was regularly introduced
and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 3rd day of January , 1967. That, thereafter,
said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 16th day of January , 1967, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Rubio, Cooney, Solem, McLees, Memmesheimer
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None

published prior to the expiration of fifteen days from the passage
thereof in the Azusa Herald and Pomotropic, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of
