HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 888 ORDINANCE NO. 888 �ti, ` : AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 01 ' � AZUSA AMENDING SECTION 3200.42 OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO NIGHT PARKING. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 3200.42 of the Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 3200.42. NIGHT PARKING. No owner or driver of any commercial vehicle exceeding a maximum gross weight of six thousand pounds, and no owner or person in control of any trailer or semi-trailer exceeding a maximum gross weight of fifteen hundred pounds, shall allow such vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer to remain standing upon any street, highway or alley in the City between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 4:00 A.M. of any day for a period longer than thirty minutes. " SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published as required by law.
