HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 877 ORDINANCE NO. 877 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING REGULATIONS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Paragraph (a) of Section 3200.31 of the Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "(a) The provisions of this Chapter prohibiting the stopping, standing or parking of a vehicle shall not apply when it is neces- sary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with directions of a police officer or official control device, nor to any vehicle which is disabled in such a manner and to such an extent that it is impossible to avoid stopping and temporarily leaving the disabled vehicle on the roadway or on any off street parking facility which the City owns or operates. " SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law. Passed and approved this 18th day of April , 1966.
