ORDINANCE NO. 876 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING SECTION 6118 OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE BUSINESS LICENSE FEE FOR TAXICABS OR VEHICLES FOR HIRE. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 6118 of the Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 6118. WHEELED VEHICLES FOR HIRE, FEE. "Every person engaged in the business of running, driving, operating any wheeled vehicle for the transportation of passengers for hire shall pay a license tax of $25.00 per annum for each vehicle so used, provided, however, that the maximum fee per annum shall be $75.00 for three or more vehicles. " SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law.
