HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 871 7, ORDINANCE NO. 871 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING PROVISIONS OF SECTION 9215.20 OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO AUTO WRECKING YARDS AND JUNK YARDS. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Upon recommendation of the Planning Commission and after due and proper notice and hearings before the Planning Com- mission and the City Council, Section 9215.20 of the Azusa Municipal Code is amended as in this ordinance provided. SECTION 2. There is hereby deleted from subsection (a) of said Section 9215.20 each of the following: "4. Auto wrecking yard or establishment" and "33. Junk Yard Establishment". SECTION 3 . There is hereby added to subsection (b) of said Section 9215.20 the following: "18. Auto wrecking yard or establishment" and "19. Junk Yard or establishment". SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published as required by law. Passed and approved this 21st day of February , 1966.
