HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 868 ORDINANCE NO. 868 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO DISTANCE BETWEEN BUILDINGS IN ZONE R-1. The City Council of the City of Azusa does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. After due and proper notice and hearings before the Planning Commission and City Council, the Azusa Municipal Code is hereby amended by the addition thereto of a new Section 9208.51 reading as follows: "SECTION 9208.51. DISTANCE BETWEEN BUILDINGS. a. Accessory buildings shall not be located less than ten feet from any main building. If the lot rears on an alley, the garage shall maintain a distance of not less than five feet from the rear lot line. " SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall publish the same as required by law. Passed and approved this 17th day of January , 1966. May.
